Life
Sholom's sister: Dwore on the family tree, Devorah in Hebrew, Vera in America. Married in 1893 Pinkus Velvel Lifschitz of Ozarichi, who became Pincus Leof in Philadelphia. Her stone at Har Nebo reads “Devorah bat R' Leib”, and her son Leonard's 1937 licence gives his mother's maiden name as “Shereson”. Her great-grandson Steven Leof keeps the family tree that first surfaced this branch.
